Terms of Service

1) Subscription & billing

• Flat R999 per agency per month. Unlimited users included.
• Fees are billed monthly in advance. Prices may change with notice.
• Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

2) Use of service

• You are responsible for the content you upload (rate cards, quotes, client data).
• Keep credentials secure; you control user access within your agency.
• No misuse: no unlawful content, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service.

3) Availability & changes

• We aim for high availability with monitored infrastructure and backups.
• Features may evolve; material changes will be communicated.
• We may suspend access for security, legal, or misuse reasons.

4) Cancellation

• Cancel anytime; billing stops at the end of the current period.
• Data exports are available on request before closure.
• We may retain backups for a limited period for disaster recovery.

5) Support

WhatsApp support is included for all customers: +27 83 661 6366. Onboarding assistance is available when you start.

6) Disclaimers & liability

• Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• To the extent allowed by law, we exclude indirect or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid by your agency in the last 3 months.

7) Governing law

These terms are governed by South African law. Disputes will be handled in applicable South African courts.
