• Product data: rate cards, quotes, and client records you add to the platform.
• Usage & device: pages viewed, timestamps, browser type, and IP for security and performance.

2) How we use it

• Operate and improve AgencyCardPro features you rely on.
• Provide support and service updates relevant to your agency.
• Security, fraud prevention, and compliance with POPIA.

3) Sharing

• No selling of your data. Ever.
• Vetted processors (hosting, analytics, backups) under data protection agreements.
• Disclosure only if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.

4) Storage & security

• Encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our cloud provider.
• Daily backups with retention to support disaster recovery.
• Role-based access controls for your team; audit logging available in-app.

5) Retention

We retain account data while you are a customer. On cancellation, we delete or anonymize data after a reasonable retention period unless law requires longer retention. Exports are available on request.

6) Your choices

• Access, correct, or delete personal data by contacting support.
• Export your rate cards and quotes upon request.
• Opt out of non-essential communications; service notifications may still be required.

7) International access

Servers are located in regions suited for South African customers. If data moves across borders, equivalent safeguards and contracts are applied.
