We believe in flexibility. Cancel your AgencyCardPro subscription at any time with no penalties or long-term commitments.

Cancel Anytime

No contracts, no lock-in periods. Your subscription is month-to-month.

Keep Access for the Month You Paid

When you cancel, you retain full access until your current billing period ends.

No Refunds on Cancellation

Payments are non-refundable. However, you will have access for the full month from when payment was made.

1) Month-to-Month Subscription

AgencyCardPro operates on a month-to-month billing cycle:

  • Your subscription renews monthly at R999 per agency.
  • There are no annual contracts or minimum commitment periods.
  • You are free to cancel at any point during your subscription.
  • No cancellation fees or penalties apply.

2) How Cancellation Works

When you request to cancel your subscription:

  • Immediate effect: Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period.
  • Continued access: You retain full access to AgencyCardPro until the end of your current paid month.
  • No partial refunds: Payments already made are non-refundable, but you keep access for the full period you paid for.
  • Data access: You may export your data (rate cards, quotes, client information) before your access ends.

3) Example Scenario

Example: You make a payment on the 15th of January. Your access runs from 15 January to 14 February. If you cancel on 25 January, you will:

  • Continue to have full access until 14 February
  • Not be charged again on 15 February
  • Not receive a refund for the unused portion (25 Jan – 14 Feb)

4) How to Cancel

To cancel your AgencyCardPro subscription, simply contact us via WhatsApp:

  • Send a message to +27 83 661 6366
  • Let us know you wish to cancel your subscription
  • We'll confirm cancellation and let you know when your access ends

We may ask for feedback to help us improve, but you're under no obligation to provide it.

5) After Cancellation

Once your subscription period ends:

  • Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in.
  • Your data will be retained for a limited period in case you decide to return.
  • You may request a data export before or shortly after cancellation.
  • To reactivate, simply make a new payment and your account will be restored.
