Refund Policy

1) No Refunds on Subscription Payments

All subscription payments made to AgencyCardPro are final and non-refundable. This applies to:

• Monthly subscription fees (R999 per month)
• Any future subscription plans or pricing tiers
• Payments made for partial billing periods

2) Your Access Continues Until Period End

While we do not offer refunds, we ensure you receive full value for your payment:

• Once payment is made, you have access for the entire billing month.
• All features remain fully available throughout your paid period.
• If you choose to cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Your data remains accessible for export during this time.

3) Account Deactivation

Your account will only be deactivated when:

• Your current paid billing period has ended, AND
• No subsequent payment has been received for the next period.

We will notify you before any deactivation occurs, giving you the opportunity to make payment and continue your subscription.

4) Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is no refunds, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you believe your case warrants special consideration, please contact us. We review each situation on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a fair resolution.
